Monstera: is native to central south america, the heart shape leaves that develop holes as the plant ages. this makes the leaves resemble swiss cheese.

 

Plant Care: water and plant food will be your main care task for this plant. you also might need to do some pruning to keep the plant at your desired size, aim to prune in the spring. Swiss cheese Monstera plant is a climber, it has aerial roots  growing downward from the stem.

 Light: it is best to give it bright and indirect light, if direct sunlight is unavoidable, limit exposure to just three hours of morning sun. a warm well-lit room is a good spot for this plant.

Soil: Swiss cheese plants best grow in peat base potting mix or soil that help to trap moisture for strong growth. the closer you can mimic the plant natural condition the better. any container with drainage  holes will do for the Swiss cheese plant.
